FADE INK LASER REMOVAL TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS **1. Introduction** These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of QS NS Laser tattoo removal system and/or training between The PMU CODE Ltd, a company based in the United Kingdom under the brand FadeInk, hereby named the Seller. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these terms. **2. Ownership Transfer** Ownership of the QS NS Laser tattoo removal system will transfer to the Buyer upon receipt of full payment. Until full payment is received, the Seller retains complete ownership. **3. Payment Terms** - All payments made towards the purchase of the machine and/or training are non-refundable. This includes any deposits or full payments. - The buyer acknowledges that once payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. **4. Delivery Terms** - The delivery of the laser tattoo removal machine will occur within 6 to 8 weeks from the date of receiving the deposit fee or full payment. - Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. **5. Training and Education** - Training on the use of the QS NS Laser tattoo removal syst will be provided upon request. - The cost of the training is non-refundable, irrespective of the Buyer's decision to continue or discontinue the training. **6. Warranty and Faulty Machines** - All laser machines come with a manufacturer warranty of 1 year from the date of receipt. - Each machine is tested before delivery to ensure quality. - If the machine delivered is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects, it is the distributor's obligation to ensure its repair. If repair is not possible, the machine will be replaced within 2-3 months. **7. Purchase Options** The buyer has the option to purchase: - The laser tattoo removal machine only. - The education/training only. - Both the laser machine and education/training as a package. **8. Limitation of Liability** The supplier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase and use of the laser tattoo removal machine or training. **9. Governing Law** These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with UK laws. **10. Acceptance of Terms** By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
